Senior Vice President of Sales

Aaron Andrews is currently the Senior Vice President of Sales for FIG Solutions, where he leads efforts to drive business growth and enhance client relationships. In this role, Aaron is responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives and helping clients leverage advanced technology solutions to transition smoothly to the cloud and secure long-term success.

Before joining FIG Solutions, Aaron founded and led Subito Motus Consulting, where he focused on developing cyber road maps and advising clients on technology strategies, compliance, and fiscal responsibility. Through his leadership, Subito Motus celebrated five years of success, assisting some of the largest enterprises in healthcare, finance, and life sciences to create technology-driven solutions and foster purposeful, strategic business transformations.

Prior to Subito Motus, Aaron was a Digital Transformation Strategist with Chorus Communications. Additionally, as a National Enterprise Technology Executive at RCN, he successfully built the company’s E-Rate business into a multi-million-dollar revenue stream, positioning RCN as a leading provider in the market.

Aaron also served as Vice President of the Board of Directors for 7×24 Exchange International, a role that allowed him to collaborate with industry leaders in designing, building, and maintaining mission-critical enterprise information infrastructures. This experience further solidified his expertise in the technology sector and strengthened his ability to drive impactful transformations for organizations globally.
